A typical Monday in London.

Waking up to the wind, rain and gloom listening to all the crap about love island and watching the Christmas episode of Fraser the one where he is all alone and cannot see his son, is not the ideal way I would like to start my day but thank heavens for laughter.

I don't take my antidepressants until i have done the majority of my days work and until I have been out for a cycling session, it's not the best idea to ride on medication also it makes me a bit numb and lethargic. Later I will be taking my mum to the docs again, my parents need me more than before so as they brought me into this world and worked extremely hard for decades in shitty jobs to provide a roof, meals, and clothing it is the least I could do for them.

I have two cycling challenges to complete before the end of the month already completing one and awaiting my prize is keeping the momentum, so I will get out there later and tell you how I feel, for now it's more coffee and getting my gear on...
